Cangli e.V. is a non-profit association, founded by Chinese women in Germany, aiming to support other Chinese women living and working across Germany and Europe. We're all about building an inclusive, supportive and empowering community—both online and in person—where Chinese people, especially women, can grow, connect, and thrive in both their personal and professional lives while living abroad.
Cangli e.V.– A Growth Platform Across Industries and Life Stages
Cangli now connects nearly 1,000 Chinese professionals (primarily women) living in Germany. Our quarterly online events attract hundreds of participants, and our annual in-person forums bring together nearly 50 members for meaningful connection and discussions. Our members come from a wide range of industries: finance, IT, healthcare, automotive, FMCG, renewable energy, semiconductors, academia, and top DAX30 German companies. We also welcome content creators, freelancers, and entrepreneurs from all walks of life, spanning ages from 20s to 50+. Since our founding in September 2023, we have hosted 8 online sessions including webinars, panel discussions, and workshops, covering topics such as women’s career development, leadership, mental wellness, and financial independence.
